We offer a variety of car detailing services, including washing, waxing, interior and exterior cleaning, and more. The specific details of each service are described on our website.
- Appointments must be scheduled in advanced.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- We accept cash and other payment methods specified on our website.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service
- We are not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle during the service.
- We take all necessary precautions to avoid damage during detailing, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items.
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will do our best to correct any issues.
- we respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
- We may ask permission to upload photos of your vehicle on social media
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

we strive to provide the highest quality car detailing services. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our service, please let us know within 48 hours of the service completion. we will make every effort to address and rectify any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- The service provided did not meet the agreed upon standards.
-There were damages caused to the vehicle during the detailing process
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion.
Provide the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- Date and time of the service
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos of any damages (if applicable)
Upon receiving your refund request, we will conduct an inspection and evaluation of the issue. We may request additional or schedule a follow-up appointment to assess the situation. If the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Re-performing the service at no additional cost
- Providing a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services that have been completed to the agreed-upon standards
- Servcices where issues were not reported within the 48- hour window
- Any additional services or upgrades not originally included in the service agreement
